The government is to blame for the flare-up in violence in Siyathemba township in Mpumalanga. This is according to the Consortium for Refugees and Migrants in South Africa (Cormsa). Advocacy officer Duncan Breen says government should have addressed the situation last year when the violent protests initially started: Click here to listen to audioclip.
